While I am all for a 6-day, young earth theology of creation I do question the use of 'creation science' as an apologetic for the gospel. Still more do I question 'Intelligent Design' as a stepping stone towards either creationism or biblical faith.

is there any such biblical basis for 'stepping stones' to faith?
much of modern evangelism is based on trying to 'knock down barriers' to get to the real gospel
to me the only barrier seems to be the hypocritical Christian life
